History of Asia Trip

Started in 1995, its a one-week program designed for young professionals to gain a greater understanding of high tech, financial, and other industries of particular regions in Asia, such as China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore, etc.

Over the past 12 years, MJAA delegations have visited top companies in the area of Internet, software, telecommunication, semiconductor, computer, manufacturing, venture capital, banking, law, education, and government agencies in China, Japan, Singapore and Taiwan. In 2007 , MJAA will send its “high tech delegation to China. The trip participants from a variety of professions will visit selected governmental agencies, high tech enterprises, financial firms, law firms, and educational institutions in order to explore various business opportunities in China.
